Subaru Loves To Care

The Subaru company is known for their efforts to care for both the earth and the people who live on it. Take a look at the video below to see what the Subaru Loves To Care program is doing this June.

Since 2015, the Subaru company has worked together with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to help those that are fighting cancer, whether they be kids, adults, or the elderly. The Subaru company and Subaru retailers know that, when a person is going through chemo, they tend to get cold a lot and so they have set out to deliver as many blankets to their friends and neighbors as possible. This June they will be bringing about 40,000 blankets, all with messages of hope written by the Subaru customers like you, to the strongest fighters we know, cancer patients. They'll also be passing out over 7,700 arts and crafts kits to the kids that have cancer, to help them pass the time and have a little creative fun.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is one of the largest nonprofit organizations dedicated to blood cancer research. Since we partnered with them in 2015, together we have donated over 68,000 blankets and 4,750 arts and crafts kits, which we plan on almost doubling this year. We are more than excited to be a part of this wonderful cause.

If you'd like to learn more about Subaru Loves To Care, feel free to talk to one of our team members. We would love to fill you in on what else the Subaru company does as a whole and what we, here at Metric Subaru, are doing personally and can inform you of how you can help. Together we can make the world a little bit brighter.
